Before introducing the recipe specifically, let's talk about some important safety precautions for using an air frying pan. If you are new to using an air frying pan, you must read carefully to make better use of this kitchen artifact.

"Little knowledge of air frying pan"

The principle of the air frying pan is: to heat the air through the heat pipe above, and the fan in it blows the hot air to make the internal hot air circulate at a high speed, so as to achieve the effect of baking and frying the food inside. Therefore, there will be an air outlet at the back or bottom of the air frying pan. Be careful not to cover it with anything, which will affect the use efficiency and also cause a fire hazard.

If using baking paper, it is important to note that the safe use temperature of baking paper is below 220 ℃. The temperature of the air frying pan is usually 180 ℃ to 200 ℃, so the baking paper cannot be close to the heat pipe, otherwise, it will be burnt or even catch fire. Similarly, when there are no ingredients placed on baking paper, do not fry them empty. Although the safe use temperature of Aluminium foil is 660 ℃, it is better not to be too close to the heat pipe.

Once you have memorized the safety precautions, you can officially start making delicious food. Today, I have tried these two Toshiba air fryer recipes many times in person. Don't worry!
