Leaders have traits in their personallities that come to the forefront. My wife is the Leadership Development Chair for an Intrnational organization. Defeloping a "leader" is difficult if not impossible. Some people THINK they are leaders. Sadly they are wanna be's that turn out to be tyrants. Too many times the "Peter Principle" is bing used in corporate American and of course in politics. Our present government is an prime example. But in politics, intelligence is NOT as requirement.
