When a Regime such as the one we have with their destructive, immoral and criminal behavior the Regime will start to crumble. CYA takes over in some cases. Watching your back is a constant problem. Paranoia sets in. Someone is always out to "get" you. My guess is that Biden, Wray, Garland are afraid to go out into the public. Obama seems to be safe. WHY?
